EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions

Clear information about our watches, delivery, returns and warranty.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each watch is prepared to order so that it can be properly assembled, adjusted and inspected before dispatch.

  1. Assembly: usually 2–4 working days.
  2. Quality control: a further 1–3 working days for testing, regulation and finish inspection.
  3. Delivery: once approved, delivery usually takes 4–8 working days depending on the destination.

The complete process normally takes 7–15 working days. Every piece is prepared individually before it reaches you.

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free. Any import taxes or charges for international destinations depend on local rules.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If assembly or preparation has not started, we will do our best to change or cancel the order. If it is already in an advanced stage or has shipped, we may not be able to stop it; where applicable, you can then use your cancellation rights after delivery.

How does the 14-day cancellation right work?

You generally have 14 days from delivery to tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

You are responsible for the direct return cost unless Westmere Watch Co. agrees otherwise. We will issue any refund due, including standard outbound delivery where required, within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold it until the item or proof of return is received.

You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Can personalised watches be returned?

The cancellation right may not apply to watches made to your specifications or clearly personalised, where the legal exemption applies and this was explained before purchase.

A watch being prepared to order does not by itself remove your cancellation rights. Your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

What does the 3-year warranty cover?

Our watches include a 3-year commercial warranty from delivery covering manufacturing and assembly faults.

Where a covered fault exists, we will arrange an appropriate repair or replacement within a reasonable time. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, water exposure outside the stated conditions or unauthorised work.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will review the case and provide the appropriate solution without limiting your statutory consumer rights.

Please keep the watch, box, accessories and packaging until the review is complete.

Are these official Seiko watches?

Westmere Watch Co. is an independent company and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Seiko Watch Corporation.

A Seiko Mod is a watch assembled or customised using selected components. Where stated on the product page, it contains the specified TMI movement. Other components and their origin are described on each product page.

All trademarks and names belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

Can I get my 5 ATM watch wet?

5 ATM refers to resistance tested under static, controlled conditions. It is not an actual operating depth and does not make the watch suitable for diving.

Keep the crown fully closed. Do not operate pushers underwater and avoid hot showers, saunas, sudden temperature changes and pressurised water. Check the individual model page before water exposure. Water resistance can reduce over time and should be checked periodically.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can use the payment methods shown at checkout, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. Availability may vary by device, order value and location.

If Klarna is available, you can review and select an eligible payment plan at checkout, subject to Klarna’s approval and terms.

Where can I read your store policies?

You can find the full terms that apply to your purchase here. These policies do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
